EASY CREAM SAUSAGE BALLS

I made slightly larger and turned heat to 350 after 25 mins of cooking. Cooked an additional 5 mins. Added some chives. It was a big hit but I feel like it’s missing something. Needs some sort of sauce. Will make again with some tweaks.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
  • 1 (6-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  •  cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined. (I use my KitchenAid mixer with the dough hook attachment)
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18 – 22 minutes, or until brown.
